# Inbound Assistant

## Creating a New Inbound Assistant

In the Inbound Assistants section of the platform, users can easily set up new inbound assistants to handle incoming calls and messages. This feature allows you to customize and streamline your customer support operations, ensuring efficient and personalized interactions.

## To create a new inbound assistant:

Login into the [dashboard](https://app.qcall.ai/) and open [Inbound Assistant](https://app.qcall.ai/admin/inbound-assistant): section.<br />
Then:

✔ <span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 1 :</span> Click <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Inbound Assistants</span> and then <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>New Inbound Assistant</span>.

✔ <span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 2 :</span> Enter the <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Name</span> and select <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Dialer Number</span> (your Twilio number), and select the <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Assistant</span>.

✔ <span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 3 :</span> Click on <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Submit</span>

👏👏 Congratulations, you have successfully created your First Inbound Assistant 🎉🎉

You will see the unique link for the inbound assistant, which you can integrate into your Twilio configuration.

## To integrate the inbound assistant link in the Twilio account :

1. Log in to your Twilio account.
2. Go to the <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Phone Numbers</span> section and click on your active <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Twilio number</span>.
3. In the <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Voice Configuration</span> settings, paste the URL link provided for the inbound assistant.
4. Click <span style={{color:"#ca8a04"}}>Save Configuration</span> at the bottom to update your Twilio setup.

After refreshing the page, you will see the updated Twilio configuration reflecting the integration of the inbound assistant.
